Absence of supervision, including, but not limited to, a child left unattended, and a child left alone with a person under 18 years of age. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on statements provided by CD AD2, S1-S3, S9-S11 and C2, confirming a child was left unattended inside the classroom. This poses/posed an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. A civil penalty of $500 is being assessed for absence of supervision.
