(1) All cribs or play yards shall meet the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission safety standards. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Specifically, LPA observed a basinet attachment on a pack n' play which licensee stated she used for napping. LPA observed another basinet in another room. LPA did not observe children napping in the basinets.
