- Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants 101429 (a)(1) In addition to Section 101229, the following shall apply: (1) Each infant shall be constantly supervised and under direct visual observation and supervision by a staff person at all times. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: S1's back was turned to C1 and C2. The gate to the parking lot opened without staff knowledge and C1 ran out of the facility. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal right of children in care.
