Infant Safe Sleep (b) Cribs or play yards shall be free from all loose articles and objects. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview and record review, LPA observed one infant (C2) asleep in a pack and play with a folded blanket and milk bottle inside the crib. LPA observed another infant's pack and play, where infant was not napping, but the pack and play had attachments on the side of the crib. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee removed all items during today's insepction.
