This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Director stated that the the Lunches/Food being served to the preschool children is being prepared at the Owner's home which does not meet all of the requirements for commerical food services. This is a repeat citation from 8/27/25, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
