This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPA observed a fenced playground in the parking lot and children from the Preschool playing and Director stated that she is using the indoor playground as an activity room. Director did not notify the Department of the changes made to the Facility prior to useage. children will use as a playground until the Outdoor playground has been approved. Director was informed that the Preschool children are not allowed to play in the outdoor playground until it has been approved by the Department.
