This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observations, records review and interview with Director, LPA observed that Staff (S2) was supervising nine(9) children in the playarea without a qualified teacher on 04/15/25 at 11:09AM. Director self-admitted that staff (S2 & S5) do not have evaluated transcripts by approved/authorized department by U.S. department of education. Director stated that Staff (S2) has a degree from Ukraine and Staff (S5) has a degree from Russia. Director stated that Room B (S4 & S5) does not have a qualified teacher present with 10 children during today's investigation.
