Operation of A Family Child Care Home (b) The home shall be kept clean and orderly, with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During facility walk through LPAs observed a lot of cobwebs in the two on limit bedrooms and kitchen area of the home. LPAs advised Licensee that the home needs to be clean and in good repair for children in care.
The licensee shall document the drills, including the date and time of each drill. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the Fire and Disaster Drill Log was not conducted at least once every months which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
