The department shall account for the presence of these detectors during inspections. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed that children went to the restroom and the curtain was drawn, where the staff cannot visually supervise child in the restroom. Staff was standing at the entrance of the restroom.
