This requirement is not met as evidenced by, at LPA observed rodent droppings (poop) in the locked Cleaning Supply Storage (Off Limit Area) where the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment system is located. The locked Cleaning Supply Storage (Off Limit Area) is in the children’s and staff bathroom. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights to children in care.
