Upon entry, LPA observed 11 children with one assistant (S2). Licensee was not present and arrived 15 minutes later. LPA informed her of the regulations and provided Licensee with a children's capacity worksheet and clarified the age and ratio of children and number of staff for which care can be provided with a large family child care license.
