Section 101161(a) Limitations on Capacity, the licensee shall not operate a childcare center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by, on 12/3/2025, during LPA Estoesta’s visit, based on the record review and staff interviews, C1, C3, C4, C5 and C6 were under 24-month-old, enrolled, attending and were present. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety, of the children in care.
