LPAs observed multiple kind of knives in one of the top drawers in kitchen area, cleaning supply inlcuding lysol wipes and spray under the kitchen sink area, kitchen counter, bathroom and living room areas and two sharp tools in the backyard of the home, accessible to children, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
