This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, LPAs observed that there was a cabinet under the changing table that had spray bottles with cleaning supplies that was not locked. There was also a cabinet in Discovery Preschool B Room that had spray bottles with cleaning supplies that was accessible to children. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
