This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed that in Room 4 there is cabinet below the sink that had cleaning supplies and bottle of bleach that was not lock, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA also observed that the door to the kitchen was open, which has cleaning supplies inside of it.
