Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to: Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines…and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observation and interview, LPAs, observed hazardous items such as cleaning agents/over the counter medication accessible under the restroom sink and unlocked cabinet in the hallway accessible to children.This poses an immediate risk to the health and Safety of children in care.

- Operation of a FCCH: The home shall provide safe toys, play equipment and materials. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observation and interview, LPAs observed a small trampoline which was unsecured and had a hole in the net. LPA Mendoza-Ceja observed 3 children climb in and jumping in the small trampoline during the inspection. Licensee did not have manufactures directions regarding use of the trampoline. This poses an immediate risk to the Health and Safety of children in care.
