(i)Prior to employment or initial presence in the child care center, all employees and volunteers subject to a criminal record review shall: (1) Obtain a California clearance...(2) Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance. This requirement was not met as evidence by: Director sent S2 home and understands that S2 must be associated and elgible cleared prior to S2 returning to the CCC. Director will submit a detail summary regarding communicating with Guardian and will ensure S2 is cleared and associated to the CCC prior to returning to the CCC.
