This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed cobwebs on play equipement. LPA observed an off-limit section of the outdoor yard that is utilized as a storage area where fallen leaves had piled. LPA advised Director to ensure the areas are clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
