101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal right (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews, a child has been left in soiled cloth for a period of time as it was known to staff. Staff did with hold food from child until child ate their vegetables. Staff member did raise their voice at a child. Lastly, staff told child that they will have to go to the infant classroom since child was misbehaving. This is a potential risk to children in care.
