Safety precautions shall include but not be limited to: (4) Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. During inspection tour, LPA observed accessible toxins in the garage, under the kitchen sink, under the children's bathroom and in the front play yard. Items observed were awesome cleaner, glass cleaner, pinalen, beach, detergent, Clorox, shave cream, cologne, shampoo, conditioner, razors, gas can, gardening tools and large wood stumps. This is a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
