These rights include, but are not limited to, the following: (2) To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, Infant 1 2 and 3 were napping in a Fisher Price rock and play equipment and Infant 3's body was curled up which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
