This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on the records review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. One in four staff members did not have their complete immunization records on file or available for review; missing immunization includes measles and TB clearance, which pose a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.

Staffing Ratio and Capacity (d) For a Large Family Child Care Home, the maximum number of children for whom care may be provided at any one time when there is an assistant provider in the home, including children under age 10 who reside at the licensee's home and the assistant provider's children under age 10, shall be either: (2) More than twelve and up to fourteen children only if the criteria in Section 1597.465 of the Health and Safety Code are met. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, and record review, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 14 children present today, and all are under four years old. The Licensee did not have at least one child enrolled in and attending kindergarten or elementary school; a second child at least six years of age when operating a maximum of 14 children. Therefore, the Licensee did not follow her license limitations, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
