Under no circumstances shall ANY infant be left unattended. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed C1 napping in the nap room with the door closed and without staff supervision which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
