Buildings and Grounds (a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: THIS IS AMENDED VERSION OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. Based on observation, there were several small rocks with pointy edges on the perimeter of the main playground and a larger rock in the grassy area with the same charachteristics. The pig enclosure contains a large water bowl and has climbable fencing under 5'. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
