Personnel Records...All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care center and shall be available to the licensing agency for review...The licensee may keep such records in a central administrative location provided that they are readily available to the Department at the child care center site...This requirement has been met as evidenced by: Based on interview with the Director and observation of her conversation on the phone with the District office, the District refused to allow the documents off site. LPAs were unable to verify immunizations, criminal record clearances, transcripst and other documents that, if absent, constitutes a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
