PERSONAL RIGHTS To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met: Based on LPA’s interviews and observation, several staff admitted to not wearing their mask during circle time, inside the classroom. Several children were also observed not wearing mask inside the classroom. This is an immediate hazard to the health of children due to the COVID-19 pandemic which is currently on the rise.
