PERSONAL RIGHTS To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met: Based on LPA’s interviews, several staff admitted to not wearing their mask during circle time, inside the classroom. Classroom #12 was observed with children not wearing masks. This is an immediate hazard to the health of children due to the COVID-19 pandemic which is currently on the rise.
