This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on documentation, video footage and interviews, the facility staff did not comply with the section cited above, as a child was left unattended on the playground for approximately 6 minutes before staff noticed the child on the playground. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to persons in care.
