Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses a potential health and safety risk to persons in care. Staff #6 did not renew her online mandated reporter certification (AB1207). The staff's certificate expired on 09/02/2022. The Director confirmed that the staff person did not renew her AB1207 certificate.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observations and interviews conducted, the licensee did not ensure the personal rights of children in care to safe and healthful accommodations as twenty six children were not wearing face coverings indoors as required by the State Public Health Officer Order dated June 11, 2021, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
