Report finding: Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment (b) A crib or portable -crib meeting United States Consumer Product Safety Commission safety standards shall be provided for each infant who is unable to climb out of a crib. (6) Crib mattresses shall be: (C) Maintained in a safe condition with no exposed foam, batting or coils. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 3 cribs were broken which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
