(2) A baby walker shall not be allowed on the premises of a child care center in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 1596.846. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on LPAs observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in approximately 7 walkers and one exersaucer which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
