This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on document discovered during file review, employee S9 was given a written warning discipline notice on 9/10/25 indicating that staff was witnessed to be very aggressive to some of the children. Staff was seen grabbing a child's face & pulling their arm very hard. Staff also pulled a child's head forcefully.
