*this is an amended document from the original report dated 10/06/25* (b) The licensee shall report to the Department any of the events...that occur during the operation of the family child care home.(2) Any child absence means any instance where a child in care is missing...even if the child is later found safe. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on Licensee admittance and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The Licensee's stated they were missing a child who was found inside the facilities' transport van parked on the street and it was not reported to the Department. This is a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
