This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as, though licensee stated she has been monitioring and logging the sole infant she has in care's napping times, she was unable to locate the documentation during today's visit which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
