Administration of Child Day Care Licensing (1) On or before March 30, 2018, a person who, on January 1, 2018, is a licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training provided pursuant to paragraphs (2) and (3) of subdivision (a), and shall complete renewal mandated reporter training every two years following the date on which he or she completed the initial mandated reporter training. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as licensee spouse who assists with the day care, Marco Montiel Pazos does not have a current Mandated Reporter Training certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Personnel Requirements (c) The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventive health practices, including pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid, pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she and her assistant spouse did not have current CPR/First Aid certifications which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
Infant Safe Sleep The provider shall supervise infants while they are sleeping and adhere to the following requirements: The provider shall check and document the following: Signs of distress which includes but is not limited to flushed skin color, increase in body temperature and restlessness. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on analyst record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as she has not been keeping an infant sleeping log for her the infant she has enrolled in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
