Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants (a) In addition to Section 101229, the folloing shall apply (1) Each infant shall be constantly supervised and under direct visual observation and supervision by a staff person at all times. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that it was determined that on 12/16/25, C1 was left unsupervised for approximately 1 minuities and 18 seconds, which poses an immediate health and safety risk for children in care.
