This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interview and review of relevant documentation, Staff #1 did not treat Child #1 with dignity when using a frustrated tone and manner during naptime when Child #1 would not rest, causing the child to become upset. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.
