Building and Grounds. Fences shall be at least five feet high and shall be constructed so that the fence does not obscure the pool from view..gates shall swing away from the pool, self-close and have a self-latching device located no more than six inches from the top of the gate. This requirement was not met as evidenced by; LPA's observed some areas of the fencing to be shy of 5 ft., 4 out of 6 gates do not self-latch at all distances when opened, and one area exceed 2 inches from the ground to the bottom of the fence. This poses a Potential Health and Safety risk to the clients in care.
