Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision :(a)...(1)No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by, Based on interviews conducted 2 of 4 staff and confidential interviews revealed C1 was observed to be left alone in the office on 4/4/2025. It was not disclosed the length of time, but it was stated that multiple times C1 was left alone so the Director could prepare lunch in the kitchen and grab a child off the bus from outside. This is a potential risk to the health & safety of children in care.
