Limitations on Capacity A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity of the limitation. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed the facility operating beyond the capacity limitations specified on the license in that 24 infants were present during the time of inspection which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that S1 and S2 did not have current documentation of mandated reporter training certification which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
101700.3 California Lead Action Level at Child Care Centers.
