This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above where the facility does not have adequate staffing. The CCC has 1 qualified teacher with units, who also acts as the Director, and works open to close, every day of the week, and has not made efforts to hire additional staff, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
