This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above the hallway leading to the outdoor playgrounds has a closet with shutters attached, behind the shutters are Lysol spray bottles, peroxide, hot shot, 70% Isopropyl Alcohol, and other hazardous items exposed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
