Health-Related Services (1) All prescription and nonprescription medications shall be centrally stored in accordance with the requirements specified below: (A) Medications shall be kept in a safe place inaccessible to children. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview, the center did not comply with the section cited above where childrens medications were not stored in a safe place. Instead they were stored directly next to cleaning products such as bleach, lysol wipes and liquid sprays. Which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
