CHILD CARE CENTER DIRECTORS QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES: The child care center director, or the substitute director... shall be on the premises during the hours the center is in operation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interview and record review the Licensee did not comply with the regulation above as neither the Director or Assistant Director are on premises during today's visit during business hours which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
