(f) The total licensed capacity for a Large Family Child Care Home shall not exceed fourteen children. This requierment was not met of evidence by: During licensee's interview, licensee admited to have care for more than 14 children at the time with a total of 16 children.
(1) The provider shall physically check on the infant every 15 minutes. (2) The provider shall check and document the following: (A) Labored breathing. (B) Signs of distress which includes but is not limited to flushed skin color, increase in body temperature and restlessness. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 4 out of 4 children in care wich poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, interviews and licensee statement, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 out of 16 children present are the licensee’s children. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
(a)Prior to admission to a family child care home, children shall be immunized against disease as required by california code of regulation. This requirement was not evidenze by: Based on file review 6 out of the 37 children files are missing immunization cards on file which poses a health and safety risk for children in care.
