This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in there was a trampoline unlocked and a see saw that was not anchored in the ground which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (3) Where children are less than five years old are in care, stairs shall be fenced or barricaded.
