This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed an air vent with sharp edges accessible to the children and could be a potential hazard, window cells that are dirty, blinds that are dirty and stucko coming off and paint coming off in the area where the sinks are in the classroom.
