This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon LPA's arrival, an infant was seen sleeping in an attachment to a crib. Attachments to cribs are prohibited per title 22 regulations. The warning label states in large letters: "SUFFOCATION HAZARD INFANTS HAVE SUFFOCATED".. LPA also observed a swing with a warning label stating it was unsafe for infants, due to being a strangulation hazard. This item was not being used at the time. This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
