This medical assessment enables the licensee to assess whether the center can provide necessary health-related services to the child. This requirement is not met as evidenced by: Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 2/5 children's files, Child 3 [C3] & Child 4 [C4], did not contain a written medical assessment. These files also did not contain an appointment date for the medical assessment of the children or a tuberculosis test within 30 days of the children's admission. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
