Personal Rights. Each child receiving services from a family child care home shall have certain rights...these rights include...To receive safe, healthful, and comfortable accommodations, furnishings, and equipment.. This was not met as evidenced by: Child #1 was placed in a high chair with a snack. After eating, child fell asleep. Staff did not move the child from the highchair. This is a potential risk to children in care.
